Be sincere and honest.

The right lines of Action will make all the difference in the world.

My 2 cents is simply this. Women and Men deserve the same level of intention and integrity. Gender, race, etc., shouldn't make a difference in how you treat a customer because EVERY customer deserves to be treated with respect.

Remember, they could have gone to any dealership and they are at yours so don't make them regret it.

Greet properly, listen to achieve goals in a timely fashion. Share and built rapport ( same as all clients) advise honestly. Women do their research prior to arrival to meet needs. I agree it should not be gender or race specific, however women are decision makers and are often not taken seriously when walking in or calling  a Dealer Center without a male present.

Be authentic, transparent and be a great listener. This is a recipe for success
Funny that Lisa and Christine both used the same word. Very early on someone said, and we have all heard it: God gave you two ears and one mouth if you do twice as much listening..... Especially now in the internet age. The research is done. Woman will tell you what they want what they want to pay and how long they will wait to get it. All you have to do is meet those expectations and it will be good. Actually these same processes worked 25 years ago when I was on the floor and sold more cars to women then to men? Or did I just give relationship advice?
Don't make false assumptions by pre-judging... Listen to the prospective buyer state their needs and requirements.  I watched a woman walk in with two toddlers and a baby in a stroller...The sales consultant walked her over to the "soccer mom" vehicles, cross-overs and mini vans...All along, she was looking for a new Camaro and he just didn't want to accept this!!!!
If you are going to judge a book by its cover, then take the time to read a few pages first.  You might be surprised with what you discover or learn about someone, male or female.  Also, one size does not fit all.  People are as unique as snowflakes.
Nancy, it is comical and disappointing each time I hear a story like the one you just shared.  I just posted a blog on this subject today.  We have come along way, but we still have a ways to go.

A.J., you just made me laugh out loud and draw the attention of the entire sale team at The Manus Group.  I now have to go share your new word.  I think you should get it coined on Urban Dictionary!!!!  Thanks for the afternoon chuckle.
