I am an enthusiastic Internet Sales Manager with 4 years experience working with Toyota and just now getting started in a Ford Store. My focus is to continue to evolve the role of an ISM in a dealership from a guy who just wants to sit back and take leads and sell cars to a guy who wants to have a team of energetic people working with him to find new lead sources, generate more high quality leads and improve closing ratios. I am always interested in sharing ideas and some of my best ideas have come from other stores.
