I have been with Charlie Rogers Ford, Inc. since March of 1994. This is the only job I have ever had. I started out washing cars and moved into sales in September of '94. In January 2001 I was promoted to Sales Mgr. and in April of 2011 promoted to General Mgr. over this store and a used car store we have down the street. I am a Level 4 award recipient from Ford Motor Company for the last two consecutive years and expect to reach this accomplishment again this year. I have years of experience and insight in our industry. I have studied relentlessly the greats such as Grant Cardone, Alan Ram, Joe Verde, etc.

I believe Dealerelite would aid me in staying on top of my game and dominate my competition!!
