I am a car "fanatic" you could say; to that point, I will offer my "outside of the dealership" perspective." In my role as an Executive Recruiter, I work on a retained basis only, primarily on C-Level positions. Currently I am working on a high level business analyst position for one of the top ten largest dealership groups in the US. Also, I have, believe it or not, been through a one day workshop with Dave Anderson, as a guest at my uncle's dealership (Keith Kocourek Automotive Group - Wausau, WI) Keith is also one of my lifelong professional mentors.
