Hey Myles, Glad you saw my comment and rewrote your bio. However, reading your rewrite, I couldn't help but notice you didn't capitalize the first word of your second sentence (Our). Sorry if you misunderstand my proofing as "jerkiness," but I'm extremely sensitive to typos and such as I've written RCM correspondence for dealer management and reps for 20+ years and, as a rule, my copy is proofed by at least two of our staff, who are considerably more education and sharper than me. (After all, if I was writing letters for you and than signing your name, how many typos would you allow?)
