Not everyone gets approved for DealerELITE. To maintain the integrity of DealerELITE, tell us what you will have to offer once a dealerELITE member?: As a GM I work to build our team with great people. I work with our team to increase our customer retention and customer satisfaction every day. I know if a business can do this we will meet our goals every month. I strive to help our departments achieve factory awards and recognition for outstanding customer service, performance and sales. I embrace social media and promote our business by recognizing customers and employee accomplishments. I encourage our team to be involved in philanthropic work in our community, to improve their health, and to continue to educate themselves. You may not always see me in the front of our team like many people expect - instead you may hear me in the back cheering for each and every person who wants to be successful professionally and personally. This is working for me and I will be glad to share how it is with dealers and managers!
