I have many years experience in the automotive field; and I am well versed in the areas of Technical issues in conjunction with warranty management, customer satisfaction, and overall dealer operations.
I have specific experience in two main areas that are closely related. On the Technical side, I have been a Fixed Operations and Technical Manager for Audi and Bentley in North America. In that capacity I was responsible for assisting dealers with technical help, and performing technical training; i.e.: in dealer training and in a training center. On the fixed operations side of the business, I have always managed the dealers, I had responsibly for, to be in the top five districts for customer satisfaction while maintaining to have the lowest warranty cost.
