Company Brief: Global manufacturer serving the OE and Automotive Aftermarkets
Compensation: $65K salary + commission + company car + benefits + relocation assistance
Requirements:
* 5+ years current outside sales experience in the automotive aftermarket
* Business development / account management at the dealer and distributor levels a must
* Must be numbers driven with the ability to use an assertive, relationship style of selling
* Ability to travel 25-50%
* 4 year degree a plus
* Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) is required
* Excellent interpersonal / communication skills & problem solving abilities required
* Customer service orientation and solid organizational, planning and time management skills a must
* Experience selling tires or wheels a plus
* Relocation assistance available for candidate matching the requisite experience
Description:
* Call on existing accounts, new business development within those accounts and new account development
* Act as a consultant to all customers determining customer needs and providing solutions
* Work with existing distribution networks to "pull-thru" business and support their operations, including training
* Effectively execute sales strategy for achieving / exceeding sales quota's
* Territory, account, opportunity and prospect planning
* Complete call reports, forecast accounts weekly and work with the Inside sales team on necessary support processes
* Work with Key Account Manager’s to provide customer / market feedback
* Manage client/ customer needs as required
