Hi Steph!
Thank you so much for your response! I have been leaning towards Dealer.com myself, but I really value fellow professional's opinions. If I have any questions, would you mind if I gave you a quick call?
Stephanie Lyn Stinebaker said:Hi Stephanie,
I have lots of experience with both and Dealer.com is by far superior. They do cost a little more but you so won't regret the decision. I do not wish to speak negativly about any company so I will leave it at that:)

The problem with those two, you will look like the dealer down the road and your customer surrpoert suffers because of the mass of dealers they are trying to service.
With most any dealer website vendor you’re going to get the basics: new and used inventory, photos, a new car configurator, finance and service forms and a “cookie cutter” design from their library of templates. That’s probably fine if your dealership doesn’t care that much about the Internet. For those of you who do, you will want to take a look at what a “Highly Evolved” website does. A DealerPeak Website.

Dealer.com is vastly superior to Cobalt. However, check out TK Carsites as well. Cobalt has all but collapsed as a credible website provider. Now that they are part of ADP it will get even worse with what they provide in the website itself and the terrible service they provide. I don't know any dealers out there that have any confidence in Cobalt. They are the dinosaurs of automotive website providers.
