Looks like a job that should pay around $90-120k a year, Monday - Friday.  The person for this job should have a sales background and be a car person as well as be a marketing person.  It is a serious role and the person in this role should also be able to make decisions for what vendors to work with.

Nick,

A couple of suggestions. First you don't just need a marketing person you need an internet marketing person. Forget "Guru", that's just going to attract the people you don't want. Besides there probably isn't a genuine internet marketing guru who would consider getting out of bed in the morning for what you would be willing to pay. With respect to Stan, I disagree. Your ideal candidate doesn't need sales experience and should  be hired from outside the car biz. In the Bay Area $90-120k/year isn't going to get you close to the person you need.

Now for the problems. Your job description is pretty much of a muddle, with lots of nebulous jargon. It is also duplicative and contradictory. I get the impression that you not only don't know what you need (which is O.K.) but that you also don't know what you want. (which isn't O.K.)

In short, I think you may have the cart before the horse.

Good luck though you seem to be headed in the right direction.
