I was curious about any spiff ideas for the start of the new month. In case anyone has some that we haven't heard of, lets hear them. Let's hear some old ones too.
Spiff the salesperson that gets the most amount of NO's in setting appointments in first week,perhaps 100 minimum.Document it on call sheet etc.
I used to pay 1st,2nd and 3rd....and of course then simple math works it's magic....10 salespeople making calls....1500 calls maybe......1300 no's.....leaves you with a pretty fast start!
