We are a Nashville area dealership currently looking to hire an Experienced Automotive Used Car Manager. We offer competitive pay and full benefits. Previous Automotive Sales experience IS required! This is a big time opportunity for seasoned Auto Sales Professionals to further their careers with a large dealership group! .

Responsibilities:

Maintain efficient vehicle inventory and conduct local market analyses to determine which vehicles to stock.

Communicate daily with the new-vehicle sales manager regarding units needed for used-vehicle inventory.

Stay informed of local auto auction activity and prices and attend auctions on a regular basis.

Forecast goals and objectives for sales on a monthly and annual basis and prepare an operating budget for the department.

Hire and monitor the performance of all used vehicle sales employees.

Understand and comply with federal, state and local regulations that affect used-vehicle sales.

Assist salespeople in setting aggressive yet realistic monthly goals and assist on sales and closing deals.

Track all customers and make sure all leads are logged.

Monitor CSI for the department and ensure proper follow-up of all potential buyers.
