Service Manager - up to $80,000

Would you like to run the newest built and most state-of-the-art, sales, parts and full service RV dealership in Arizona? Little Dealer Little Prices is searching for a high achieving RV or automobile manager to fill this very prestigious position.

The Service Manager is responsible for delivering agreed upon financial and performance objectives /goals while maintaining outstanding customer satisfaction, high moral and job satisfaction. This is the first Service Manager we’ve hired for our newest and largest dealership. With the right leadership the current level of 11 technicians will double in future years.

We Require:

• Honest, motivated, high energy, goal oriented person
• 2+ years of experience working as an Auto or RV Service Manager; Certification a Plus
• Excellent people management and organization skills
• Self Starter, Self Motivated, Goal Achiever
• Positive – habitually find the good in people and situations
• Enjoy solving problems and creating loyal customers and associates
• Skilled at helping average associates become outstanding contributors
