The NFL franchise is all about performance, isn't the Dealer franchise as well?
NFL franchise's realize that NFL stands for Not For Long if you don't perform. That is why they employ a director of pro personell, director of pro scouting, director of college scouting, and a player personell executive. Once they find the talent they employ 18 different coaches to train them almost everyday.

I've always approached car sales as a sport. I find the coaching aspect is without question most under utilized, nor do many in the leadership roll know how or what is truly entailed to coach, rather than preach.
To improve the players, takes process, accountability and coaching leadership.
