Hi Everyone,
My dealership is in the process of setting up a BDC, and if any of you would be willing to share your BDC Pay Plan I would GREATLY appreciate it!!
Thank you!

$500 unit bonus - unit goal is based on 17% closing ratio, we expect 15% from everyone but you will want to start with a lower number as a new BDC
$150 for each 20% increase over the unit bonus - if unit bonus is 20, every additional 4 deals earns $150
Our pay scale ranges between $38k and $65k
Thank you so much, Mike!
No problem Stephanie! Definitely use this forum to ask as many questions as possible. There are a lot of pitfalls you can avoid by using the wealth on knowledge on Dealerelite.
The two biggest mistakes I see being made with new BDC's are having the reps handling too many leads and a complete lack phone training. Your reps should not handle more than 120 leads a month until they can consistantly close 15%. You also need consistant, professional phone training. . Your owner or GM may think it's too expensive but there's nothing more expensive than training on customers!
Stephanie,
It looks like Mike and I think in the same way kinda. My plan is a little different so you now have options :)
