I was looking for some feedback with respect to the following 2 items:

1. Best of class vendors when it comes to helping to supplement a dealer’s CRM with Text Messaging, Voice Messaging, E-Mail Marketing, finding customers in an equity position etc etc?? Essentially helping to manage the life of the customer better.

AutoRevenue? One Command?

2. Are there any vendors out there that help to monitor incoming phone calls and alerting management when a call is mishandled?

Eleads Golddigger is a great tool to help with your database mining.

Callsource has a program called Deal Saver that is nothing short of great. I listen to my callsource and they do miss some, but they send email alerts with missed appt opportunities. I would recomned Callsource Dealsaver anyday.
Callsource is great, we use them to track our 200+dealers we service and have a 23 year phone pro manage the calls and work with the dealers having problems setting appointments, We have a 70%appointment rate!
