Recently the Federal EPA began sending out Clean Air Act Compliance Orders to collision centers. This is the first major enforcement activity KPA has seen at the federal level on 6H Paint Spraying Regulations. The Air Protection Branch of the EPA has historically been very strict with its enforcement and the Clean Air Act often has some of the heaviest fines. Is your shop ready to pass the test? In this webinar KPA will present updates on the 6H regulations and enforcement, review the regulation requirements and tell you exactly how to prepare for a possible inspection.
