Erica is passionate about bringing change to the industry to focus on the impact of customer feedback and how it drives operational changes at all levels. She has extensive automotive technology experience and has also held sales and business development management positions at MileOne Automotive, CallSource and Autobase. Amie Lindaas has more than 20 years of experience designing and conducting market research studies and moderating focus groups on consumer perceptions and experiences. Amie’s biggest successes come from her ability to drive results from research insights to guide company decisions in areas such as product development, customer experience and brand strategy.
