To schedule better appointments and make more car sales use these 5 simple tips:
1. Create value, by explaining why the customer will save more by making an appointment.
2. Verbally confirm the specifics of the appointment with the customer at least twice during the call/email.
3. Provide the customer with a unique confirmation number and printable details (if possible)
4. Agree upon an alternative plan in the event of any changes to the appointment.
5. Call & email the customer with specific appointment details a day prior to the scheduled meeting.
