SUMMARY
Assist with the management of existing accounts, to assist our customers to fully utilize our products and services. Working closely with our Regional Sales Directors on a day to day basis to maximize sales and profitability with our customer base. Maintaining existing clients in a fast-paced high-growth marketing company with emphasis in targeted direct marketing. Duties include, but are not limited to, various sales duties, account management, as well as, project-based sales initiatives.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Active Clients
• Retain and grow current customer business.
• Meet / web conference with clients to discuss Monthly Recommendations
• Set proper expectations with clients on all campaign orders, deliverables, Best Practices, etc.
• Place all orders on behalf of the client
• Oversee and help facilitate timely delivery of clients’ orders (i.e., monitor creative and production process, payment collection, drop dates, etc.)
• Coordinate Best Practices Calls with Client and Team Leader
• Collaborate with Team Leader on overall client progress and monthly results
• Ensure clients needs are met throughout monthly process, i.e co-op packages, questions answered, etc.)
Inactive Clients
• Monitor inactivity status of clients’ performance and continue to prospect these clients
• Keep in contact with clients sharing new campaigns / recommendations / company news
Prospecting for New Clients
• Perform daily prospect communications via phone and email
• Maintain active prospect list in Prospect Database that includes call activity and email communication
• Research prospective client backgrounds
• Schedule new business presentations
• Conduct new business presentations with Team Leader

• Must be flexible to provide support on new projects and services as the company evolves and grows
• Must be able to work well as a team player
• Must strive to maintain and uphold all internal processes and procedures
• Must take own initiative to improve tasks and meet company goals

• Must be detail oriented, punctual and have a professional demeanor
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS
• 1-3 years account services and sales background
• Ideal candidate will have Automotive marketing background
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products
• Proficient verbal and written communication skills
Salary: $40-50k
