additional charges on a repair order
Question for all the Service / fixed ops personal. Has anyone tried adding a surcharge on your repair orders for documentation fee/maintaining customer records

Several of the members of my last 20 group did it was like $4.00 per ticket and they claim no one ever questions it, kinda like disposal fees. It does add up quick!
