We have an immediate opening available for an Account Development Executive (ADE) IN Pittsburgh and Virginia.  This is a SIX FIGURE opportunity with UNCAPPED commission, immediate benefits, company car, etc.

 

Create business relationships exclusively in Competitive Accounts in a specific geographical area. Grow new market share through conquest sales, selling the depth and breadth of ADP’s product portfolio. Work in conjunction with all of your channel partners to increase sales opportunities in ADP Strategic Products . Achieve annual assigned sales plan, working under guidance of Director of Sales.

 

Excellent sales skills with a high level of proficiency in persuasive communications needed. Keen discovery skills and a desire to challenge your prospects to improve their business processes. Proven sales track-record with 5 years of experience in B2B Conquest sales and Retail Automotive sales experience.

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 4 year college degree or equivalent work experience
  • 5-7 years of outside B2B sales/including new business development
  • Knowledge of automotive, finance/insurance and technology industries preferred
  • Ability to travel approximately 75% or more is required

  • Be a self-starter, able to work independently and collaboratively
  • Team player with ability to coordinate efforts with channel sales reps to sell
  • Strong computer skills with current technical knowledge
  • Solid interpersonal and communication skills in order to close deals and make presentations
  • Ability to present new product concepts to marketplace
  • Ability to formulate sales plan for designated territory, region or specific client portfolios
  • Knowledge of automotive, finance & insurance and technology industries preferred
