I would like to get a honest opinion on any Autobile Company using ADP for your CRM tool. How does it compare to Elead CRM tool? What are some of the pros and cons of  using ADP as your CRM tool.

Thanks

I have become an enemy of ADP recently for my lashing out at how horrible they are on facebook and twitter.  I just had a nightmare of an install with the CRM at a dealership I was working with.  They are so horrible that I would not wish them on my enemies.  The best part of the CRM is the sales pitch and presentation.  It is not user friendly.  It is not web based.  The technology on that CRM is so 10 years ago.  They get you on the fact that it all integrates.  When you call support, you are on hold anywhere from 30 minutes to 2 hours.  They are way too big for their own good but they command a whole lot of money because they are ADP.  I like eLead way more because there is a lot more you can do with it.  I would look into iMagic and Vin if at all possible.  ADP CRM has way more cons then pros.

My pleasure.  I just do not want to see dealers get sold on gimmicks.  I see it happen a lot.

Being a Consultant that has the privilege of working in many different types of dealerships (as well as an Ex-eLEAD employee), I can honestly say that eLEAD is one of the easiest to use and cost effective tools on the market. Our clients have everything from ADP, ReyRey, VinSolutions, etc. and as we all know, they basically do the same things- allow auto dealers to keep track of how and when to contact their customers. eLEAD does a great job in this regard and when coupled with the Call Center, it gives the dealer a great bang for the buck!

Jose,

I've had some hands on experience with eLead and without hesitation I would have to concur with Allan that it's a simple yet power tool. I will also vouch for their customer support, hands on and fast response!

I don't know if you have a rep to consult with, I will forward you a great source to contact anyway.

By the way, - Great job on your internet business 50%!!!

I am having a horrible time with ADP CRM I need it installed on my laptop I am the BDC Director at a Chevy Dealership and I need access to my CRM 24/7 I have called and left messages with my rep he has not even called back. I have been on hold and had three service calls with no results yet, Yesterday support told me I needed Windows Professional to be able to install after a 2 hr service call and a remote access session. Today spent $198 on a system upgrade and went to url that ADP CRM uses and it still will not come up on computer.
