We have an immediate opening available for a MenuVantage Account Manager (MV AM) within our Sales Organization.  This is an extremely technical sales position.  This is not a quota carrying position. The MV Account Manager assists the MenuVantage Solutions Sales Team by calling on existing accounts, doing post-sales follow-ups, maintaining the accounts, and up-selling the accounts.

This MenuVantage AM will deepen partnerships and enhance the existing relationships ADP/MenuVantage has with its vertical marketing channel & channel partners (providers/agencies/individual agents). The goal is to maximize the revenue ADP/MenuVantage recognizes from each of these partners and ensure ADP/MenuVantage is meeting their needs.

Candidates for this MV Account Manager position must have specific experience with electronic menus, CRM & front-end systems & solutions. This position entails a lot of tactical work, such as demonstrating new & existing products, while on occasion closing the sales.  The main purpose of this position is to drive sales revenue by increasing utilization of the MenuVantage offerings within existing accounts, increasing client satisfaction & assisting the MenuV Team in sales endeavors.

This is a critical Sales Support role that requires intimate knowledge of F&I and electronic menus and the ability to demonstrate this software and these services for F&I. A key job element will be presentations which may be remote or in person to larger opportunities and groups in which the position will be perceived as an expert in F&I and in MenuVantage solutions.

The ideal Retail Account Manager will have a 4 year college degree or equivalent experience, 7-9 months of job related formal training, plus 1-3 years of outside B2B sales/including new business development. Ideally, the qualified candidate will also have 3 years experience in the automotive industry or Dealership verticle. Knowledge of Automotive Finance & Insurance area also highly helpful.

Additionally, the lead candidates will also possess the following skills:

- Team player with ability to coordinate efforts with baseline sales reps to sell

- Strong computer skills with current technical knowledge

- Solid interpersonal and communication skills in order to close deals and make presentations

- Ability to present new product concepts to marketplace

- Ability to formulate sales plan for designated territory, region or specific client portfolios

- Knowledge of MenuVantage product offerings highly preferred

- 75% travel required
