We are not currently looking for those who would like to try training. While there is a world of talent out there who could become great trainers, our needs are currently different. We are specifically targeting the elite few who have already established themselves as valued trainers and want to take the next step toward independence.
You must be an automotive expert. As a minimum, former dealers, GM's, GSM's and F&I Directors are encouraged to apply. But, you must separate yourself from the ordinary or the typical. If words like dynamic, cutting edge, leader, or stand up individual are used to describe you, there may be a great fit.
If you would like the freedom of running your own show with the complete support of a company behind you, we may want to get to know each other. You can control your own income by scheduling when and where you'd like to work. Some of our trainers do not like to travel and they book themselves close to home. Other trainers do a bit of travel and a bit of local. The point is, it's your choice.

To pass through our screening process, you have to blow us away. If you do, we stand behind you 100% and support all of your efforts to generate the level of income you deserve.
What does this mean to you? Well, if you work 40 weeks as some companies project and you pay an average of only $500 in fees, we'll put an extra $20,000 in your pocket. If you are averaging $3,000 per week gross, that means you can work up to 7 weeks less to make the same money. It means you have options.
