I am currently looking to upgrade our CRM/ILM tool and am considering AutoBase & DealerSocket. Does anybody have any feedback on either company positive or negative?

David,
I have no experience with AutoBase, however I have used DealerSocket. I found dealersocket to be easy to use, and really liked that it time stamped when follow up calls were made, and how long the call lasted. In addiditon it also recorded calls, and you could access it right from your management dashboard.
I have used several systems over the years, and I was quite pleased with DealerSocket, again I am not familiar with AutoBase, it may be an excellent system also, I just don't know.
Hope this helped at least some. You are always free to give me a call if you have further questions.
I have used Dealer Socket quite extensively. I haven't ever used AutoBase. DealerSocket is very user friendly and allows you to track the most minute details of what your sales people, managers and prospects are doing with their opportunities. I am sold on it and would recommend it to anyone.
Dave,
Have you made your decision yet, we would all be interested in hearing how you decided how to invest your dollars in such an important place as a CRM.
