TK Worldwide, Inc. is seeking highly qualified retail automotive experts who have a strong background in training and relationship building. You must be an expert in all areas of variable automotive retail operations and be knowledgeable about fixed operations where customer contact occurs in a dealership.

We do not charge anyone to work for our company. No fees of any kind, ever.

We do not charge applicants for training, materials, or any employment opportunities.

You must be:

• A consummate professional in appearance and actions
• Articulate, well spoken, well kept, and with a high level of integrity
• Full of contagious and very positive energy

You must able to:

• Thoroughly train new hires on the automotive retail sales process
• Resolve issues and keep customers (dealership management) happy and loyal
• Motivate those who are trained by you to go above and beyond their own comfort zones to higher levels of personal and professional achievement
• Direct and manage a territory as wide a 250 miles in diameter
• Responsible for the performance of all recruiter/trainers who work in your territory
• Manage and hold accountable all trainers/reps/recruiters who work in your territory
• Recruit and manage the trainers/recruiters who work in your territory
• Travel to all dealerships in your assigned territory
• Communicate effectively with the corporate office

You will be responsible to manage, hire, fire, train, and motivate your territory team. Your income will be based on the total market gross revenues you oversee and will range from $50,000 to $350,000 per year. Your income will be performance base.
