The main focus of this position is to be the primary point of contact for the dealer client and all associates involved in the Automotive business systems implementation process. Coordinates and ensures a successful and timely implementation for complex Southeast region projects.
Responsibilities:
Acts as primary installation point of contact and escalation point for project stakeholders including all functional ADP departments, Clients, and Third Party Suppliers.
Develop install Project Plan for distribution to project participants.
Drives implementation consistency and quality through execution of the ADP project management guide.
Provides status updates, tracks open issues, and works with all ADP groups to resolution as required.
Responsible for the project until purchased products and agreed upon deliverables are completed.
