What are your thoughts about the hours of operation for BDC reps? We’re typically open from 8am-8pm and I was thinking of going from 7am-9pm. While we really can’t make phone calls (unless a potential customer asks us to) at, for example, 7:30am or 8:30pm, we can respond to leads and follow up via e-mail. In the morning this would give us a leg up with leads that came in overnight and in the evening we’d be able to respond to leads later than most.
