I have been solicited by the BBB to become an Accredited business. Just wondering if others have gone through that process. We did it back in 2000 and decided to save the money after doing it for a year. However, with the importance of the online reviews, dealer ratings, etc., I am wondering if it might make sense. They allow you to market with their logo as well as provide assistance in complaints or disputes. They also are aligned with the Google review process in some way.
Just wondering if anyone had any experience with this or has an opinion of BBB Accreditation. Cost for my store (small rural dealer) is $550 annually.
Thanks.....
