Brownback Amendment ENSURES Auto Lending is Competitive

I was in a seminar yesterday and asked 200 automotive people if they knew about the Brownback Amendment and only two even knew about it. This is a very serious matter and if the Brownback Amendment is not passed with negatively impact auto dealers.

I am currently working with NADA and many of the state ADA's to do what I can to make others aware of this issue. They will be voting next week.

This doesnt suprise me. I have found, like you have , that most dealers dont see the importance of these things until it hits the pocketbook. A perfect example is RED FLAGS. I would be curious to know how many dealers are compliant AND how many dealers know what it is.
