Cheap DMS system
Hi,can anyone give me any suggestions on an inexpensive DMS system that is low cost and will interface with quickbooks, BHPH, anfload cars to 3rd party sites. I have used car dealership selling 20-25 cars a month looking for a software solution

I'm not sure what they cost, but I used AutoStar Solutions - www.autostarsolutions.com - when I worked at a BHPH dealership. They are very geared specifically for BHPH stores. Might be worth a look.

When you say handle BHPH are you talking just being able to run a contract or take payments and be able to keep collection history?

Wow, sorry I didn't reply to this sooner. Usually I get e-mails when discussions are replied to, but for some reason, never got one on this particular one. Sorry about that!
AutoStar allowed us to completely manage the BHPH portfolio. From the sales process of doing all the paperwork to taking payments and maintaining all collection records. We used PassTime devices in all of our vehicles, and it integrated with PassTime to generate their payment codes too (we used that feature of passtime...customer got a code each time he or she made a payment to continue to drive). It even allowed us an online payment button so customers could pay on the website.
