I just started my career in automobile sales. I have been searching to try and find what the closing ratios / statistics are for cold calls on orphans. Also I have been trying to find some sort of activity tracking sheet. Any suggestions? Thanks!

These are orphans and people that have previously come into th dealership either to buy a car or for a promotion. I am Thanking them for coming in, asking if they were treated right, asking if they are still in the market. What I was wondering is how many phone calls do I need to make to book 3 apts a day (on average)?

For some of these statistical averages and activities that you want to keep track of, use CRM software. I have using mine for about 2 months as a very fresh salesperson myself and really enjoy the benefits and organization that it has brought to my daily routine.
