CRM and Website

I need some serious HELP! I just took over as the Internet Manager for 2 dealerships. They are small dealerships and are next door to one another. I have to come up with a CRM to integrate both stores and a new website provider for both. They currently have a Dealer.com site for the Chrysler store which is mandatory and use BZ for another Chrysler site, Splash page, and Ford site.

As of right now we are looking to use Autobase for our CRM. Has anyone ever used them?

We are going to keep our Dealer.com site and thought about having them do our Ford site as well. Any suggestions?

Hi Heather,

I have been through something similar. A few comments. My experience with Dealer.com has been very unsatasfactory. I have grown to appreciate Motorwebs as my website provider because they work for me - not the OEM and they have core values and principles that are similar to my company. I can provide more on this if you wish.

Regarding CRM systems, I had excellent results with AVV Webcontrol. Their service was stellar and the program easy to use. Our dealership moved everything to ADP Drive including the ADP CRM system which I would NOT recommend. Not near the support as AVV; much more complicated system and no accountability to serve what was sold. More on this as well if you are interested.

Hi Heather,

There are a lot of great CRM companies out there that can offer you exactly what your dealership needs.

Here are a few CRM providers:

- VinSolutions
- Autobase
- ADP
- Reynolds: Contact Manager

One recommendation I do have, just research everybody because so many companies offer a lot of great things that one could benefit you over another.

Wow. Give a girl books, send her to school but you can not make her listen to her older brother. LOL. Vinsolutions or Promax. I am using promax now but I am considering switching to vinsolutions.
