Does anyone have a daily report that the Internet Director/Manager gives to their GM/GSM to provide an update of where their department is with working leads---helping to ensure the Internet Director is held accountable for their Internet Sales Managers (ISM’s) or BDC staff performances?

I’m looking for something that my Internet Director can send me daily giving me a recap of what his department is doing and where they are.
