What things are you looking for from your direct mail company other than:
- NCOA
- Clean/scrub against duplicate names
- Not to mail people in your database that don’t live near your dealership (within XX number of miles)
- Delivery %’s and where they get their prospect data
- Putting the dealership’s return address on the mail so the dealership sees how much mail was undeliverable
- Tracking numbers on the mail piece(s)
- Delivered results from the mailer
