Description:\Kelly Ford in Melbourne, Florida is looking for a Top Quality Director of Fixed Operations for our high volume service department. Candidate will be responsible for running an efficient and profitable service, parts and body shop departments, operating at maximum production, while controlling costs. Candidates will be expected to build a loyal clientele, maintain good employee relationships, set and obtain sales and profit objectives and maintain service records. The right candidate needs to have successful dealership experience, show job stability and possess excellent references. Candidate must be a "hands on"  Manager.

• 2+ years of retail automotive dealership service management experience REQUIRED!
• Provide excellent references and job stability REQUIRED!
• Proven track record of running an efficient and profitable service department, operating at maximum production, while controlling costs REQUIRED!
• Clean background check and driving record REQUIRED!
• Ford experience a PLUS!
• Proven leader and coach!
• Candidates will be expected to build a loyal clientele and maintain good employee relationships
