Do you love the Car Buisness?
As much as we love this buisness , would you do it all over again? If so what would you do different to attribute to your success?

I do love our business and would do it all over again.Doing things over again you need to be careful with I feel because that of course would affect where you are today.....but.....I think I would have stayed further away from the bad influences [ dope rings] would have been a better influence to new salespeople,would have stayed at same store rather than a couple moves as a salesperson.As a Manager I would have studied more about how to actually be a manager ,rather than doing what the guy I replaced did.And as a business owner I would have watched the dollars when things were rockin and think longer term....better vision!

sounds great I share pretty much the same things , in additon when I was a mgr I would have pressured my owners to send me to NADA dealer or gm academy. I do have northwood university and Ford dealer school training
