Consider this, the likelihood of your customer having a Facebook profile is probably around 80%. This means if you are selling 100 cars a month at your dealership, you have 80 potential excited customers that will gladly. Each of those 80 profiles has an average friends/family connection to 130 people. Referral?
The math is pretty simple, 130 contacts X 80 customers = 10,400 potential viewers of your marketing ideas every month.
There is more of a plan behind this but I just wanted to spark your thoughts.
If they're happy and you follow up correctly with the right style of personalized marketing you can obtain referral business using Facebook.
I mean even if all your customer does is 'Like' your dealership page that's another avenue because you build a base of online customers that you can once a month or quarterly offer incentives to. Right?
Maybe someone can give me a good idea of how to obtain an in-house marketing job at a dealership? :)
Happy Happy New Years,
Matthew
