Good afternoon everyone!

My name is Tom Ehrlich and I'm a Sales Manager at Wind Gap Chevrolet-Buick in Wind Gap, Pa. Currently, we're struggling to get past the 150 unit per month range. Our ultimate goal is to get to 200 units per month.

I feel that with a good equity mining program, the right process, and the right person running it; that we could sell an extra 20+ vehicles per month.

We are spending a good amount of money to get our customers, but we aren't doing a good enough job of keeping them.

Any recommendations out there for an Equity Mining Program that some of you have been successful with? Processes that you'd recommend? Anything else that you can add would be appreciated.

Good morning Tom,

             If you are using a good CRM, you should have everything you need. You should be able to:

             1. Look at leases coming due within the next nine months that you may want to contact for Lease Pull Ahead.

             2. Look at customers who purchased three years or longer ago- they are hopefully on the "equity" side their loan.

             3. Look at the service customer who has no warranty (three years old) that is now spending money for repairs.

             4. Prospect all of these households to see which vehicle will be the next one that will be replaced. Are there

                 children getting ready to head off to college that will be needing a vehicle.

             5. You can literally reach out to anyone in your database and turn a customer care call into a prospecting call!

Good afternoon Tom,

             I wanted to see how you are making out with Equity Mining.

Have you tried to target your Existing customers on Facebook? You can filter them for equity before uploading to the list to Facebook. Keep in mind the larger the list the better the odds of you getting a match made on Facebook for their profile.

Once you have a large enough list on Facebook, you can run a promotional ad to target them. Video ads have a much higher Reach, but keep the ad very short. No longer than 10 seconds. OEM vidoes are way too long. You can use a specific VIN or even a Lease Special in the ad, but create a video for it.

If you choose Lead Ad as the Type of Facebook ads, you can integrate the collected lead info into your CRM for follow up.

Hey Thomas- Elead had partnered with GM and has an Equity mining tool. GM will pay for the program through your iMR Turnkey marketing funds. 

The will pay for Mail and calls to sales and service.

Contact Auto-Alert it handles the front and as you get that down it sends you to the service drive . Which is huge , all the information is in their material.
