The right candidate will have a proven track record of success for at least 32years as an F&I Manager with a solid reputation and clean paperwork. Desking experience preferred, but not required. They will be an energetic, dynamic and results-oriented professional with excellent closing skills..

F&I Manager duties include but are not limited to:
- Experience with AFIG is preferred but not necessary.
- Well versed in menu selling
- Adhere to all state and federal laws and regulations as they apply to F&I
- Maintain an efficient work flow of all finance office processes
- Maintaining Highest CSI scores
- Maintain proper lender mix
- Adhere to approved product and product pricing guidelines
- Maximize all insurance product profits and penetration
- Verify lien payoff balances, automotive insurance policies and customer signatures
- Verify customer vehicle deposit receipts in house at delivery
- Assist the sales team with profit structure
