In my thousands of conversations I have had with dealers across the country over the years, they all still agree that the toughest part of working with any kind of lead is getting them through the door. Some sales folks tell the potential customers that they are approved and some spurt out a scripted tale they got from a manager somewhere along the line. Some offer up free gas cards or free oil changes to increase their appointment show ratios. What are your thoughts on the best way to get people to show up for their appointments?
