Social Media as a strategy can have many different looks to it, but for the sake of this discussion, I thought it would be cool to suggest easy ways that dealers can engage in social media without starting a whole strategy of implementation...
So, here's my first idea:
Step 1:
Have someone take an hour or so a day to go on the web and look for places where people are asking questions (e.g. Mahalo.com, Yahoo questions, etc...) about cars... specifically your 'make' of car.
Step 2:
Answer those questions for them. (you are the experts... get out there an help others)
Step 3:
Repeat
As you can see, these aren't necessarily going to make anyone's monthly numbers...but what a great place to begin to engage in the conversation your potential clients are already having!
