What do you think of real hands on training?  Not just in the class room or on the show roon floor. I mean real hands on training on the lot taking people on  demos, service walks, going outside prospecting and walk arounds.  Do you think this is much better and gets way more results?

Hey Fran! Hands on training definitely gets better results. The benefit of conducting the training on site in a real world environment is that the students retain more. It is tough for automotive professionals to sit in a classroom for a few days without zoning out. The best case scenario is tp have a training organization that provides a turn key approach. When they leave, you have trained professionals and a designated in house trainer for new hires.
