Hello everyone! I couldn't be more pleased to be a part of this group. It is not often that we in this industry are allowed to have such a large amount of "like minded" professionals in one spot.  I bring 20 years of experience in the Automotive Industry to this forum. In that time I have built up a huge database of wonderful clients from small dealers to huge groups. 

I am interested specifically in assisting anyone (big or small) in effectively bulletproofing their virtual presence dealership processes. This as everyone knows is a constantly growing and moving target and involves a myriad of ingredients. However, I have made it simple in the sense that there is a action plan that needs attention and monitoring for constant improvement. I would be happy to discuss this in detail. Thank you all for your time and input into making this industry the best it can be!  I just finished completing implementation of solid processes for all virtual inquiries with accountable metrics for managers to veiw and stay on top of.  Result: 331% increase in gross profits in the top 5 Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram dealer in the United States.  I am now ready for your organization.
