Romel,
I think it really depends what you are looking for and how much you are looking to spend. I use a CRM called Aeros, which is not flashy at all. It is a web-based, pop-up type CRM. It is extensive in what it allows you to do as far as automated processes and e-mails, scheduled phone calls and other activities. It doesn't do any of the flashy things VINSolutions does, like all the inventory management stuff, the "spy" feature (I forget the actual name) where you can see who's on your website, etc. The "desking" tool isn't all that great, that is somewhere where I think Promax excels comparatively. I have used Aeros for about 6 years or so and have been satisfied with its performance. It is very cost effective too if you are a smaller dealership. You pay per user license with them.
What is important for you in looking for a CRM? What is your budget? How many users?
I've already made my choice using some of the criteria you mentioned, and I selected Dealer Socket
Romel,
What made your decision to go with DealerSocket, we are lookingat them on Monday. We are going to be changing from a Advent to another. Lookingat Dealer Socket and possibly Vinsolutions.
Thanks
Robb
