Good afternoon,

 I am curious as to what you are doing currently to identify previously sold customers that can purchase today with 0 down and lower their monthly payment.

For example, Are you pulling deals and structuring them by hand?  Are you engaging them with mail only?  Do you have a tool that gives you both the old payment and the new payment?  What are you having success with?

If you are using an outside source...which company do you recommend and why?
