Internet Lead Manager
I am looking for an Internet Lead Management tool. I want one that is able to be used independently of a CRM tool. I have used AVV Web Control in the past, liked it pretty well and will consider using it again. But I want to look at other options so I can compare. I am looking for suggestions from dealers/IM's in this forum that have one they like. If you have an independent ILM, share what you are using and I will check it out. Thanks for the help.

Hey Tom! I would highly suggest that you take Terry's offer for a Dealepeak demo. The system has great functionality but most of all, it is easy to teach. The teachability of a CRM/ILM tool is arguably the most important factor. If the reps can't follow the process, all is lost!

Tom, I would take a look at the NEW BUZZ TRAK version 3.0. If you liked AVV you will be wowed at this one. In the mean time you can use the current Buzz trak system. Which is the easiest system for ILM on the market. and Its only 395.00 a month
