Given the current inventory situation for Toyota, Honda, Nissan etc stores what is your store doing to adjust your pricing when responding to a lead. Whether you’re using a company to deliver an automated quote or doing it manually how have you adjusted based upon supply? Are you closer to MSRP or at MSRP?

Have you stopped showing MSRP and are just showing your price as you may not be able to show as large a difference btwn MSRP and your price?

Have you stopped giving price and opted to just try to set appts?
