If you are a Reynolds DMS dealer, then you probably use Lexmark printers. When they mess up or go out, please do yourself a favor and stay away from www.theprinterdepo.com. They have the worst customer service of any printer company we have ever seen. Their RMA process is a complete joke, and the customer service reps could care less if the customer is happy or not. Just a warning.
